A Productive Riga Meeting Concluded: Setting the Foundation for the SILM

The ISPEHE project team successfully conducted a 2-day meeting in Riga, during the 10-11 June, concerning the implementation of Component 1 (SILM), with the particular focus on finalizing the SILM Needs Assessment Analysis and setting up the contours for the meeting in Pavia. The fruitful discussions at the meeting, and the constant involvement of all present project team members provided the backbone for a successful implementation of Component 1.

The meeting began with an opening remark from the host institution before each of the partnering institutions presented their findings concerning the SILM surveys conducted in each institution individually. Afterwards, 4 professors from the host institution presented various innovative and creative teaching and learning methods in the study process of the courses in the field of managements. The second day was solely concerned with establishing the foundations for the meeting in Pavia, as well as drafting a detailed timeline with the responsibilities and plan of action for finalizing the SILM component.

The ISPEHE project is financed and supported by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Programme.
